Can I fund a construction loan with SMSF?
Currently, SMSF loans cannot fund a vacant land loan or a construction loan.  However our solution enables SMSF to invest directly into a new house and land purchase.
Can I buy a new house & land with SMSF?
Yes, you can purchase House & Land properties through your SMSF.  We can help you with the loan & facilitate the process of turning a two-part contract (house and land), into a one-part contract for a compliant SMSF investment.
Can I buy any new House & Land property?
In short, yes you can. However, we would first have an initial team review to ensure the land qualifies for the SMSF Construction solution.
Is it expensive to buy property in my SMSF?
Generally speaking, it costs about the same amount to buy inside and outside super. If you don't already have a SMSF, you will need to set one up, but that doesn't have to be expensive.
How much money do I need in my SMSF to buy?
For a standard $600,000 property, you would require a minimum of $150,000 (which includes a $20,000 buffer) in order to facilitate a property purchase inside your SMSF
